Welcome to the SCEGGS Moss Vale Old Girls’ Union web page.
The purpose of an Old Girls Union is to keep people in touch with the people that were important to them in their school days. For schools that are continuing there are other purposes as well, such as fundraising, providing motivation and incentives to current students and continuing participation in school life. As SCEGGS Moss Vale closed in 1974, the purpose of our union is to keep members in touch.
A reunion lunch will be held in Sydney in March each year for girls from all years. From time to time special reunions will also be organised such as the big 50 yr anniversary since the school closed, held in March 2024.
Newsletters will be emailed to members once or twice a year. Please send us photos and articles for inclusion in the Newsletter or any information you would like to share with members.
Please contact us to advise of your email address if you would like notification of important events or news as it comes to hand. For those without an email address we will continue to post a printed newsletter after the annual reunion. However, due to rising postage costs and diminishing membership we are unable to post other notifications.
We all have many and diverse memories of our time at SCEGGS Moss Vale and these are strengthened by meeting up at reunions. We encourage you to stay in touch and attend reunions when you can.
Please contact us if you would like help in organising your ‘year’ reunion.
