Membership of the Old Girls Union is open to any girl that attended SCEGGS Moss Vale as a pupil for any amount of time.
Membership Details & Benefits
As the membership is naturally declining since the closure of the school in 1974, the membership fee is a one-off payment of $50.
This means Lifetime membership which includes the once or twice yearly newsletter, photos from reunions posted on the members page, occasional special events and invitation to the annual lunch.
The annual lunch is only available to members but you can join the OGU at any time. We also put members in touch with other members from their year group if they wish.
We anticipate that the OGU will come to an end when there is no-one left with the energy to continue the work of the committee. However, we are committed to keeping it going as long as there are girls wishing to remain in touch and attend reunions.
Become A Member
If you would like to become a member, please use the contacts page and send a message that tells us:
- your current name
- your name when you attended school, including your maiden name if your surname has changed
- what year(s) you attended e.g. 1950-1955
- what class(es) you were in at that time (so we can work out which year group you belong to) e.g started in 5th class and left at end of Form 3.
- what Sports House you belonged to
We will then send you details for payment of the membership fee and add you to our contact list.
